Explore the Estate
Whatever the weather, there is something for everyone at Sandringham.
The dog-friendly Royal Parkland is open to visitors throughout the year, features way-marked trails and a large Children’s Play Area. The Shop, Restaurant and Terrace Café in the Courtyard are also open daily.
Sandringham House and Garden, are regularly used and enjoyed by The Royal Family. Open to the public seven days a week from 23 March to 11 October 2024.
When the House and Gardens are open, visitors can also explore St Mary Magdalene Church, which has been used to hold celebrations and memorials for many members and relations of The Royal Family from Queen Victoria onwards. It is also used regularly as a place of worship by The Royal Family and Estate staff.
A range of events also take place across the Estate from Exclusive Access Tours to community events such as parkrun.
