School Visits
Inspire and engage your class with a memorable visit exploring the extensive history of The Royal Family as well as treasures in the House, Gardens and Parkland of Sandringham.
Linked to the curriculum, sessions have been designed to meet a broad range of learning styles and are interactive, bringing the Estate and its history vividly to life.
Tailored workshops cover topics ranging from the role played by the Estate and Royal Family in the First and Second World Wars and Victorian Britain, to an exploration of the lives of Monarchs including King Edward VII, King George V and Queen Elizabeth II.
Educational visits, which take place from Monday to Friday in Spring, Summer and early Autumn, are suitable for Early Years and Key Stages 1 and 2. Key Stage 3 workshops can be made available by special arrangement.
Forest School sessions, inspired by nature and the natural environment, take place all year round in the Royal Parkland.
We also have a range of free educational resources below to download covering indoor and outdoor activities suitable for home, school or community learning groups.
