Vintage Fair ground lit up for Christmas

Luminate Sandringham Returns

From 11 November

A reimagined winter light trail will return to Sandringham Estate Royal Parkland this November, run by Luminate Sandringham.

Following three highly successful years, Luminate Sandringham will open for an additional week in December this year to include Christmas Eve.

Eye-catching landmarks this festive season include a custom installation on the long “vista” giving a site-specific immersive experience, produced by Adam Povey Lighting (APL). APL bring a wealth of experience to the event, currently providing design and production to other attractions such as Harry Potter and the Forbidden Forest Experience, Christmas at Kew and The Secret Cinema.

The mile-long outdoor multisensory winter light trail is especially designed to accentuate the natural treasures of the Royal Parkland, taking visitors through a dreamlike laser-scape amongst the trees with digitalised woodland creatures appearing such as the ethereal stag. Large trees and small saplings will be lit through the route with light shows set to a magical musical soundtrack.

Luminate Sandringham will dazzle with lights, lasers, projections, and holograms creating an 'enchanting experience' for visitors.

A pop-up Christmas tree maze made from 200 recycled sparkling Norway Spruce will end the trail, with marshmallow toasting on fire pits and the Vintage Fair returning
