Sandringham has a range of properties in residential, commercial and agricultural properties

The Sandringham Estate frequently has properties available for rental across 13 villages, from Wolferton across to Bircham. Sandringham’s housing policy is to let properties as a primary residence, prioritising those who live and work locally. Properties are not let on a first come, first served basis, but rather on which prospective tenant is best suited to the property.

The properties are let to tenants on Assured Shorthold Tenancies for a minimum period of twelve months and all properties are let unfurnished. Viewings are strictly by appointment only. Please be aware a waiting list will not be held.

To apply for a rental property please complete the application at the end of each property description in full (incomplete application forms will not be considered). A completed application form must be submitted, in the first instance, before a viewing is arranged / can be considered. Please be aware the mailbox is monitored once a week. Do not visit the property without an appointment.

Please be aware we have a strict no cats policy. Dogs will be considered on a house by house basis. Please note, we will use your personal data to respond to your application.
