Join Glenn Belton who will be running Tai Chi sessions in the beautiful surroundings here at Sandringham.

The relaxing and enjoyable art of Tai Chi is often referred to as moving meditation and will enhance the health of both mind and body. It improves relaxation, coordination, balance, posture, joint function, muscular and bone strength and cardiovascular health. Run in the new Arboretum amongst the cherry trees, there is no requirement for mats or special clothing. Just wear easy to move clothes and flat sole shoes which will enable you to perform the postures and movements with ease.
