Stereophonics are the second act to be announced in Heritage Live’s large outdoor music concerts on the Estate in 2025 with special guests BLOSSOMS and JAKE BUGG.
Stereophonics are undoubtedly one of the greatest British guitar bands of the last 30 years and to hear their anthems at such an amazing venue is going to be really special. And what a unique line-up of such hugely talented artists with Blossoms, and Jake Bugg! It’s undoubtedly going to be one of those gigs that we all remember for many, many years to come!”
One of the UK’s most enduring and loved bands, Stereophonics will bring anthemic hits from their expansive catalogue to the Estate including ‘Dakota’, ‘Have A Nice Day’, ‘Maybe Tomorrow’, ‘C’est La Vie’, ‘A Thousand Trees’, along with songs from a new studio album landing in 2025.
Stereophonics have developed an enduring success and deep-seated bond with their audience that is like few others. Their achievements include 8 UK #1 albums, 12 UK top 10 albums, 11 UK top 10 singles, including the UK #1 single ‘Dakota’.
The group have sold over 10 million albums, achieved 1.5 billion global streams and 5x BRIT award nominations, with 1 BRIT award win. Their hits collection, ‘Decade In The Sun,’ sold over 1.7 million copies in the UK alone and is certified 5x Platinum, while in 2022, on their last UK arena tour and Cardiff Stadium headline shows, they sold over 250,000 tickets.
Blossoms have enjoyed widespread success and acclaim since forming in 2013. Their 2016 debut album ‘Blossoms’ topped the album charts for two consecutive weeks and went on to earn the band BRIT Award and Mercury Prize nominations. ‘Gary’, their recently released sixth studio album, is their 4th UK #1 album.
Jake Bugg found success in 2012 with his Mercury Prize nominated eponymous debut album, which included the hit singles ‘Two Fingers’ and ‘Lightning Bolt’. He continued to develop his sound on subsequent efforts like the Rick Rubin-produced ‘Shangri La’, the Dan Auerbach-produced ‘Hearts That Strain’, and 2021’s ‘Saturday Night, Sunday Morning’. The album cracked the top 10 in the UK, and paved the way for his most recent release, this year’s ‘A Modern Day Distraction’.
